Do I need to be home the whole time?+
We ask that you're present for the initial walkthrough at the start — usually just 5–10 minutes so we can go over the vehicle together and confirm the plan. After that, you're free to go about your day. We'll text you the moment your car is ready.
What if it rains on my appointment day?+
We'll reach out ahead of time and reschedule at no cost to you. Weather is the one thing outside our control — we'd rather do the job right than rush through it in the rain.
Can you come to my workplace or apartment?+
Yes, as long as we have access to a water spigot within about 100 feet of your vehicle. Most driveways, parking lots, and apartment complexes work fine. If you're unsure, just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
What products do you use?+
We use professional-grade products — not what you'd find at a big-box store. For paint protection, we apply ceramic-infused spray sealants that leave your paint hydrophobic and protected for months, not days. Interior work uses steam equipment, enzyme-based odor treatments, and cleaners formulated specifically for automotive surfaces. The short version: products that actually do what they're supposed to.
What if I'm not happy with the results?+
Tell us. If something isn't right, we'll come back and make it right — no argument, no hassle. Just contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we'll sort it out. We'd rather spend extra time on your car than leave you with a result you're not satisfied with.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Usually just a few days out. Weekend slots fill up faster, so if you have a specific date in mind, reaching out early is always a good idea. Weekday afternoon appointments are generally more flexible.
Do you offer any discounts?+
Yes — first-time clients get $25 off any package, and recurring monthly clients save 10% on every visit. It's our way of making it easy to try us out. Just mention it when you reach out to book.
